Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
For security reasons, a return address may appear on your packaging. This is not a returns address. If you send your order back to this address without our prior agreement:

You will be liable for the full cost of re-delivery if you wish the items to be sent back to you (may be more than the price advertised on our website), and

If the return is not claimed within 48 hours of arrival, the order will be cancelled and no refund or replacement will be issued.
International Orders, Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay these charges, or fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, any eligible refund will be issued as store credit only, for the value of the goods excluding:

original shipping costs, and
-
any return shipping, customs or handling fees charged to us.

If the parcel is not returned to us and is classed as lost, destroyed, or abandoned by the courier or customs, we are unable to offer any refund, store credit or replacement, as this is a result of duties/taxes not being paid.
